The 5th Agreement – Developing A Leadership Mindset

MINDSET ATTUNEMENT:
The Fifth Agreement – VIDEO LECTURE – Developing A Leadership Mindset

Discovering and committing to this 1 agreement with yourself can bring you a great deal more peace, and assist you in developing the WINNING attitude of all powerful leaders. You are a messenger. Every thought & action you have or take sends a message to yourself, and to the people around you.  What is the message you are sending with this disempowering thought about yourself?  What is the message you are sending with this angry reaction you just made ?

If you know you deserve more peace, and you know you deserve to become the leader others are looking to follow, then this 28 minutes VIDEO will naturally accelerate that process for you.

I recorded this VIDEO LIVE – it’s RAW… I was inspired and felt a great sense of freedom after experiencing a 2.5 hour live lecture in St. Louis, MO from Don Miguel Ruiz and his Son (Don Jose Ruiz) on their book. Their speech deeply touched my soul. I am passing on the GIFT they gave to me.  A gift of peace. A gift of a winning attitude…  by making one simple commitment.

After watching this video, I encourage you to immediately grab a copy of his newest book, The 5th Agreement,  and if you would be so kind…  ENJOY LEAVING A COMMENT BELOW on what you received, and SHARING this info.

Great presentation Joe, and words of wisdom not only for our business careers but for all areas of our lives! Especially good for spousal relationships and parenting, because if those areas are lacking usually it will negatively impact other areas of our lives.

Thanks again, Joe for all that you give freely!

Hi Joe, The thing that resonates with me is your question….what is the message I am delivering to the people I love? Recently my husband challenged me to consider that because my non verbals communicated something to him that I did not want or intend. I was actually hurting him without even realizing it. That’s when I began to watch how others might interpret my actions.
Thanks for putting it into words!

    Hello Joe,
I like your presentation of the 5Ageement “Truth Vs Lies” it is something we all could learn from. I have had this same beliefs for about 50 years now based on a study I have had with my faith since I was 13 years old. You see I am a Professed Christian and follow very close to Jesus Words to first give to God exclusive devotion and second to Love My neighbor and treat them as I would like to be treated. His example was always superlative of goodness and the making oneself transformed from the old personality of this old system, and putting on the new personality he gave as an example for us to follow. But secular life is even more disruptive when we listen to others and not listening to the truth of our heart.

One of the strangest and most powerful things I’ve learned is that my view of reality isn’t the truth, it’s just the way I see the world through all of my filters.

Once I realized that everyone else is seeing the world through their filters also, it was easy to see that maybe I’m just as wrong as they are about what’s going on.

Then it’s a much shorter journey to finding a way to deal with whatever is going on because I can understand another person’s point of view without feeling that they’re wrong or defending my position.

It’s just that I have a different set of filters.

A great book that goes hand-in-glove with what you are sharing in your video.

I look forward to reading The 5th Agreement. In fact, it’s time I reread As A Man Thinketh!

Hats off to your selfless daughter, what a gift.

Great Presentation. It is the truth and always been the truth that gives and sets men and women free. I am moved by the story of your daughter’s haircut, perhaps the most important haircut she will ever have. And thanks to the 30th friend’s negative comment, and a wise father’s wisdom going past the words to the heart speaking them.

Joe, is it ok to put this on CD and give it to friends?

One of the great things about this journey you and I are on, a long journey for some, shorter for others, is the pursuit of this business is very quick to confront each of us with all the junk we’ve stuff and hid inside and ignore. Bring it to light of truth, or stuff it and continue suffering in silent desperation. The truth is the only way out to the personal freedom; that makes accomplishing every thing else in our life and business easy, in an instance.
